7 Days Replacement & Exchange Policy:
We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Customers can request a size exchange or product replacement within 7 days. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
No Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds once the payment is completed. Only exchange or replacement is allowed under valid conditions.
Payment Verification:
Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification. Customers must provide a valid Razorpay Payment ID or UTR number.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on location.
Product Variation:
Since our footwear is handcrafted, slight variations in color or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
